In addition to my private counselling, I am passionate about providing counselling that is accessible to all and supporting the community.

Be Hird Counselling CIC is a Community Interest Company (CIC). This means the organisation exists to benefit the community, with any surplus income reinvested into improving access to counselling and emotional wellbeing support.

By working with funding providers and community partnerships, the CIC aims to reduce some of the barriers people can face when accessing counselling, including financial constraints, rural isolation, and limited local availability. 

Support may include:

• Reduced-cost counselling
• Funded counselling sessions
• Community-based outreach support
• Wellbeing workshops and psychoeducation
